Tactical Data Links (TDL) Acquisition

We are pleased to be able to offer single day training, delivered on request, for TDL Acquisition. An acquisition process should provide not just ownership of a capability, but the means to exploit, resource and support that capability through life. This course looks at considerations in acquiring military systems from the international market place, but is particularly relevant to Tactical Data Links and projects involving some element of Communications and Information Systems. The course examines acquisition project management through life, illustrated with examples of contemporary practice, with a particular focus on the identification of capability and requirements, interoperability assurance, system of systems views, and risk.
