Introduction to JTIDS / MIDS Link 16

Although widely used for some time throughout the US and NATO, this TDL is still seen as the future for Air Defence Command and Control Operations for the foreseeable future.

This course takes the student with little or no previous knowledge to a high level of theoretical competence. This user / operator orientated course covers the basics such as TDMA, Architecture and Link 16 messages as well as the more operational aspects such as employment methods and network management. Other important areas such as Interoperability and Weapons Management are also covered.

All students receive a copy of our manual ‘An Introduction to JTIDS / MIDS Link 16’ plus a CD containing the course presentations.
This is a 2˝ day course held at various times throughout the year. Please see our 2008 course planner for scheduled dates.

All our scheduled courses can also be given at a time or venue to suit you. The content can also be varied, or the course length altered, to suit your specific needs. Contact us with your requirements, and we'll provide the solution.
